For mentors

As a mentor at ITO.BG, you can post all the talent profiles you are mentoring according to specified criteria.

After successfully publishing the profiles, the matchmaking algorithm of the platform connects, according to the criteria set by you and the employer the most suitable talents for the searched profile. Once the account has been approved, the employer offers an interview to you, and you can confirm the interview with your mentored talent from your platform profile.

ITO.BG allows mentors to:

• Create IT talent profiles over which they are mentoring
• Completely change the information of the IT talents they are mentoring
• Accept/decline job interview proposals from the employers
